Niraivo Health Ltd is a UK company built around one conviction: tools for mental health should be made with the same care as the care itself.
Niraivo began inside clinical training, not outside it. Our founder is a psychologist who lived the problems our products solve: the scattered paperwork of supervised-practice evidence, and the gap between needing support and reaching it.
Noveri grew from the first problem — a supervision and hours-tracking platform for trainees and their supervisors. Oubaitori grew from the second — a wellbeing companion for the everyday work of understanding yourself.
We build slowly, alongside clinicians, and we sweat the parts no one sees: how data is held, how a tired supervisor signs off at the end of a long day, how someone is met in a difficult moment. The result is meant to feel quiet, steady, and human — not another thing demanding your attention.
