This website is operated by Niraivo Health Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17258755), registered office 111a Cricklewood Broadway, London NW2 3JG, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under reference ZC178791. In this notice "we", "us", and "our" mean Niraivo Health Ltd.
What this notice covers
This notice applies only to the Niraivo Health website at niraivo.com. It does not cover the Noveri or Oubaitori applications, which each have their own privacy notice, or any third-party site linked from here.
Information we collect
If you contact us through this website or by email, we collect the name, email address, and message content you choose to provide. Our hosting provider also records standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser information, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it, and our legal basis
We use your enquiry details only to read and respond to you, and to follow up on your request. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We use technical logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Who processes it
The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services, and enquiry emails are handled through our email provider. These providers act on our instructions. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function and stay secure. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up, and then delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have it erased in certain circumstances, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us below.
